This is an opportunity to play a vital role in growing both our  B2B proposition

Your job is to oversee the B2B products and be responsible for the development and continuous improvement of these products. Constantly monitoring the performance of the product, clients and their needs and continuously iterating based on feedback or market needs. 

What are we doing in the B2B space?

  • Alongside our flagship partnership with Leroy Merlin, we currently have relationships in  the retail, insurance and property management sectors.
  • Partners are interested in value propositions developed within the Kandua ecosystem and you will be responsible for guiding that development. 
  • We are aggressively expanding in this space, and require a motivated individual to help shape what that looks like in the future.

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for owning all the developments of products across B2B, including insurance, retail and any new industries we decide to move into. You will be in charge of ensuring the products have the right features, to attract and retain partners and service providers at scale, and integrates well with our other offerings in B2C and SAAS – Meaning we develop and maintain the right features in a way that is good for selling into the market ie. product market fit. 

    • Alongside our COO, work directly with existing and potential B2B partners to plan and build mutually beneficial products and services.
    • Understand partner needs, and gather product and service requirements for software development.
    • Create and execute on a roadmap that identifies market opportunities.

Key Outcomes

  • Increase take-up of Kandua insurance proposition by B2B clients through development / upgrade of Kandua’s insurance proposition.
  • Improve Pro outcomes (report quality, quote generation, customer callback) through the integration of relevant tools and features on the pro-facing Kandua app within B2B propositions 
  • Improve Kandua retail proposition performance through development of product features (online and offline) aligned with retail strategy
  • Continually reduce Kandua’s administrative overhead in B2B by designing and overseeing upgrades to the relevant APIs and the customer service tools to be scalable across clients

Qualifications and Skills

Essential Skills / Experience:

  • Product Management experience: A history of owning the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery in an Agile environment.
  • Comfortable building product roadmaps and delivering multiple projects against various timelines simultaneously.
  • Experience with helping B2B corporate partners identify, navigate and overcome complexities to drive mutual success.
  • The ability to elicit complex requirements from both internal and external partners, and break these down into user stories for software development.
  • Superior communication skills to manage internal teamies across departments and external partners at executive level.
  • Ability to conduct desk and user research to help shape the future vision and to validate current thinking.
  • Confident with numbers, with an analytical and data driven decision making mindset.
  • Ruthless prioritization skills. Confidently decide what to build next based on business and partner objectives.
  • An interest in UX design practices to ensure the delivery of intuitive and engaging digital products and services.
  • Super keen, self- starter and highly motivated to make the role your own!

Nice to have – prior experience in:

Prior experience leading products that have been sold and managed to and within corporate environments eg. Enterprise SAAS or B2B
