Cost  4500 for Fan control module

Description  Fixing engine, gave him money to buy parts and he's struggling to get Fan Control Module and I ask him to refund the money R4500 since he can't find it. Since I told him for refund he's ignoring my calls and blue tick my whatsapps. Abisha all I need is my refund

On saterday I took my car for engine cleaning, drove back home and the following day when I start it doesn't start.
