Description  He fitted new skirtings in our lounge and repaired the skirtings in the bedrooms, edged all the cupboards where the edging came out and fitted a new ceiling inone of our bedrooms and painting the bedroom

Feedback  Some of the contractors did not have attention to detail but Adier made sure all was rectified when we brought it to his attention. The ceiling contractor left a bit of a mess in the cupboard but we did not notice so Adier did not have an opportunity to fix it. Adier is punctual and if he cannot make it at the agreed time, he does provide ample notice with an alternative time.

Feedback  Adier arrived on time and did a fantastic job of fitting the door and painting it. I thought it would take 2 days for this job but in a few hours he was done and we had a new door. As always great service.

Feedback  Adier and his guys were very good and. The place was kept clean and neat and the work was done to my satisfaction. I will definitely be using Kandua and Adier again.

Description  He put in a new ceiling and painted it. painted a room, fitted a new window, painted a room, put in dry walling and painted that and put in new doors.

Description  He did nothing, he subcontracted a Tiler to do the job. Removal of tiles and laying of new tiles in my back yard. The Tiler did an excellent job. I am happy with the work done.

Feedback  The tiling was excellent, this was done by a sub-contractor. The feedback given is two fold, the sub-contractor doing the tiling was tidy, punctual and trustworthy. The contractor however was not punctual, we had an issue with the removal of the rubble which was agreed upon prior to work, after many back and forth conversations he eventually agreed to remove the rubble, but by this stage I was too upset and told him to leave it. I am arranging my own rubble removal. Secondly, I had asked for a quote on another area to be tiled, the quote given was for work to be done on a bigger area than the actual room sizes as we measured the area ourselves, at that point trust was broken.

Description  Supply, install carpets and all kids of flooring.

Feedback   I have been working with Adier for 4 years. He is very professional and efficient in his work. He has a team that he works with, his prices are so reasonable and from all the places that l have worked with Peter in, he has never given me problems, he is always on time, he keeps communication open and more importantly he values his customers above everything: he listens to his clients. Feedback  We own flats around Johannesburg so Peter is the one responsible for all the renovations to our buildings.We have been using Peter for more than 2 years now. He is reliable, trustworthy and he is open to negotiation. He has a team that he manages very well and they do great work. The most important thing is that Peter communicates very well with us as his clients. He updates us now and then with the developments on the job that he will be doing at that particular time. He is a great guy with a great team doing a wonderful job at market related prices.

Feedback  I have known Peter for 2 years. I sub-contract him to do some work for us. He has never given me some problems, he has been reliable, trustworthy and tidy. He has a team that he works with and they are good people. I have never compared the quotes that l get from Peter with other service providers but what l can say is he is open to negotiation.

Feedback  I am owning flats in JHB CBD. Peter is responsible for all the renovations that are needed every-time when a tenant moves out of the property. He is a good guy and his work is very outstanding. He is open to negotiations and the most important thing that l love about him is that he values his customers: good customer service.

Feedback  I have used the services of Peter twice. The first project that he did for me was the installation of carpet in my house last year November. Then recently he did decking for me. It was a complicated project but Peter and his team managed to do a great job. His prices are very reasonable and l am very happy with his workmanship. l recommend him to anyone looking for his services.
