He also cleaned up after working to clear all the broken tiles and sweep the dust. To ensure that the installation of the replacement pipes was successful, Admire insisted that we wait a few days before paying him. Needless to say that I'm still happy with the work done.

Feedback  Indeed he didn’t have to be managed. In his diagnosis of the problem he pointed out a risk that might cause future problems and advised of a mitigating strategy in this regard . He executed his work meticulously. And painted that part of the roof as well. Besides being easy to talk to, he struck me as an ethical individual. It has not rained that bad but we are confident in the work done. He even called to establish whether it has rained in the area , a rare thing that someone would do after completing the work.

Description  Assisted with a number of small jobs: painting 2 walls and a door; fixing a faulty light fitting; removing curtain rails, filling and painting the holes; hanging paintings; replacing a door handle.

Feedback  The good: Appreciated that he arrived on time. The painting and curtain rail removal was done well and he cleaned up after himself. Not so great: Had to supervise the light fitting and hanging of paintings more closely - paintings were initially hung skew so we had to re-measure and drill new holes. Mess created by drilling was not cleaned. Disappointing: He said he would return two days later to finish the last task (taking down a tree) but cancelled on the morning he was supposed to arrive and told me to find someone else.
