He came up with excuses like his daughter passed away, his wife tried to commit suicide, he was in hospital with serious health issue as to why he cannot start installation. now 7 months later I learned that all of it is lies. Description  He installed a pergola for which we were very happy with but did not fit the cupboards that he was paid for. His service is slow and makes promises and under delivers. You have to continuously follow up with him on the status after payment is made. We paid Andre Eksteen in January 2021 a 70% deposit for a cupboards and a pergola. He basically dragged out the work and eventually sent me the following message via email for the cupboards that he failed to fit. Please safeguard your deposits. Message from Andre: (according to his words) Unfortunately there is no other way off putting this i am financially not able to do the work with everything that has cone wrong the last view months. i have been going under and i have tride to fix it and i just don't have 35000 rand you have payed me 57750 and i have done work for 43070 and payed me a 7000 payment so i own you 21043 i can only pay you off i don't know what to do i will be waiting for your lawyer to sue me for the money i just don't know what to do i have nothing I really am not a criminal i know what i do Honestly do not have the strength to be swearing at over a phone.
