Description  Complete bathroom renovation

Feedback  A "guaranteed 5-day job" took 4 weeks. 3 days after tiling, tiles were bulging off the walls and sliding. Tiling redone. Came back SIX times to try and sort out leaks in basin and toilet pipes then told me I was difficult and picky. Got different plumbers out - found the leak was under floor level as toilet pipes had never been sealed. Basin drain had been screwed on skew hence slow leak. Electrician used to repair an electric cable that was damaged was NOT qualified or registered and didn't seal cable pipe properly. Water from the toilet had filled pipes but by grace alone no nasty accident. Toilet was not centered (told it was impossible). Shower glass not flush with floor so just sort of filled with silicone and leaked like a sieve. New plumbers redid all piping, positioned and connected toilet correctly. Correctly installed the shower and basin in only 3 days. Also learned that Alpha & Omega charges additional 15% VAT on VAT inclusive supplier invoices. Company is NOT registered with NHBRC, not is it even VAT registered.. Previous rating actually done by his wife and business partner. He sold a great promise but got increasingly aggressive, insulting and belittling over time. Many more problems I could include and have photos and videos to support my complaints. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!

Feedback  When Hank the owner came to site to do a quote i told him what needed to be done and he got his team to start the job and the job was completed in a week without me having repeat myself.
