Description  He opened the freezer, added gas and fixed the too part of the fridge, which was not cold.

Feedback  Amos was aware that previously a technician had worked on the fridge which packed up within a week s time. He asked for the receipt of the previous technician under the pretext of checking the scope of work done previously only to charge the amount he saw reflected on the receipt. He was not aware that I did not pay the amount reflected as I had reminded the technician of the arrangemt that if the job was undertaken there would be no call out fee. So instead of R2100 I paid R1700. This only occurred to me a couple of hours ago and as such I have since sent him a text message advising him that I was going to pay R1700 not R2100.

Feedback  I called to come and fix my dishwashing machine he came and took it to go and fix it at his workshop. I paid R2600 he brought it back and still it was not working. I called him and told him that it was not working he then suggested that he would give me another dishwasher from his workshop while I wait for him to fix mine I agreed and he brought that other one and took mine. It only worked for 2 days and then stopped it was no longer draining water. I called him that was in Dec and he said he will come in January because they were closed for holidays. January 9 came and his phones don`t go through and he is no where to be found. I am now stuck with a broken dishwasher while my R2600 and my dishwasher gone.
