Description  My wife and I had been dealing with a compromised sewer pipe over the last few years. The pipe was infested with tree roots and finally collapsed. We both knew that we had to find a solution fast. Four companies came to our home to provide estimates. We were both shocked at the three competitors were trying to charge us. Andy was our go to option. He offered an honest and reasonable bid; instead of trying to overcharge/ scam us. Andy was willing to start the job next-day. The following day he showed up with his 2 guys . The guys were professional and honest the entire project. They were willing to answer any questions we had.

Description  I recently called Andy to diagnose a high pitch "siren" sound coming from my plumbing pipes when the toilets were flushed or we ran the washing machine. Andy was very professional, he listened carefully as I explained the issue. In no time he diagnose my pressure relief valve on the main water line , was bad . Within about an hour and half he re place the valve and then we're on his way. Description  I noticed my ceiling had water stains on it and knew my upstairs toilet had an issue. I contacted kandua and they had Andy out to look at it. Description  I would 100% recommend Andy, I was clueless who to call and trust, Andy came to my rescue after the other plumber had complications sorting out my shower base. There was a lot of mold on the shower floor because the base was not done properly initially, Andy had no problem the shower glass doors, breaking the shower base setting the shower trap to the perfect place fill up the screeding sand and the following day he came to apply the water proofing product ready for re tiling. Description  He was very professional on the phone and in personal. I called him on Wednesday and he gave me a two hour window from 2 to 4 Thursday afternoon. I got a call about 2:45 from Andy saying he would be here in about 30 minutes. He showed up as promised. He was nice, clean cut, knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything with the water main shut off and what he would do to repair it and gave me an estimate. I approved the work and he completed the job about 90 minutes. Description  The blocked sewage, the whole yard was in a mess, called another local plumbing company who came and took pictures, but never heard from them again. I assume they were not up to the task. Checked on Kandua app and got in touch with Andy who showed up in an hour after our phone conversation, on his arrival he saw a big tree next to the sewage line in the yard and went straight to the point of saying the roots from the tree affected and damaged the pipe underground I asked him to do what he can then he proceeded with digging out the roots finally he found exactly what he said he cleared up all the roots and the new sewage line was installed with the pvc pipe from the yard to outside. He also came the following day for the paving, we didn't have the pavement before.

Description  Called at 8:05 in the morning with leaking water heater. Andy showed up by 9:45 and determined that the water heater need to be replaced, which I ws ready to do. He drained water and removed the old water heater and replaced several rug runners down to protect the carpet. He set up the new water heater and added a catch pan. The job was complete by 1:00. Andy patiently answered my annoying questions and was very polite. Andy wore mask and shoe booties to keep the carpet clean.
