Description  Andrew and his team fixed an area of damp, repaired some roof trussers and painted some gutters. He also painted the wall that he fixed and a few other areas. He put in a pipe to reduce water damage on the outside of the wall.

Description  He tiled, my lounge, dinning, and ensure, rhino lite, down lights for 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a separate toilet, passage, dinning, and TV room, including the kitchen down lights. Painted the whole house, removed all the rubble. Painted all the areas above. Put cornices for all the mentioned areas. Cleaned the house after work is finished. Also varnished the double garage doors.

Feedback  He was very professional, gave valuable advice. I did not have to request him to do anything. He was there all the times supervising and guiding his people.

Description  Removed thatch roof and replaced it with Harvey tiles

Feedback  Andrew did the job at a price no one else could match. I appreciate his completion of the job. However, he was not fully prepared for the job, was not truthful about how long it would take, miscalculated many things and ask for cash even after paying deposit. He does not handle the standard payment time from different banks well. Handle with care.

Description  Building Service

Feedback  Dr. Magudla did the general building service for us at the government organization where i work and also did some private jobs for me at my company. He is trustworthy, does pay attention to detail, and finishes his job in time. At the government organization, we have a database that we use for subcontractors, we contact about 3 companies at a time and then they come to give us quotes. Whichever company that has an affordable quote and is more experienced with the job we need to be done they do it for us. We always want to give our clients the best service such that they will be happy with the work we have done for them.

Description  Tree Felling Service

Feedback  Simbarashe did the tree felling and rubble removal work for me. We needed to move and there was some cleaning that needed to be done around the yard. He also did plant some flowers for us and i was happy with his services. They were trustworthy, affordable, and tied up the place after completing the job. I do not have any complaints, his work was perfect and i will recommend his services to others.

Feedback  Simbarashe did some construction work for me, i was happy with his job, he paid attention to detail, is good at what he does and his work was excellent. I did not have any problems with him when he was working in my house, he cleaned up the place after he was done. I have already referred him to others.
