Feedback  He doesn't need to be managed at all, he is well experienced and knowledgeable about his work. He did some welding jobs for me which includes constructing two trailers for our company from scratch for a sprinter. The other trailer was 2 meters long. I always call him to work on my trucks when they need some welding job. He has customer relations, he keeps you engaged, and accepts corrections. He is very professional and when ever I need him he cones, he is reliable. I highly recommend him
