Feedback  Ted was very professional and prompt too. When my booking was made there was seemless communication and asking an ETA he was just about spot on... he was coming to me at 530pm in rush hour. I was at an appointment but my nephew said Ted was very good, looked at the microwave, fixed it promptly and also kindly took a look at our oven whilst there. We will definitely be using Ted in the future and recommending him to other friends.

Feedback  As a first time Kandua user, I feel the lack of transparency makes me feel like I didn't get a fair price for the services rendered. Please be upfront with your pricing next time so that the price matches the job. The call out fee is what made the price high, but the call out fee was not stated on the quotation. The labour was R100, the knob was R30 but I had to pay R485? I was willing to pay for the labour and work because you are the expert so I trusted the face value of your quote but it does not match the value of the work done. Had I known the call out fee was higher, I would not have accepted the quote/job. I would have found someone else or gone another direction. Empower your client to make an informed decision by please breaking down your invoice so that the client can know exactly what they are paying for.
