Description He fixed my washing machine that was not running at at all, he did so by firstly checking what was wrong with it and secondly by replacing the fuse in the washing machine and he did it very quickly.
Feedback He was very professional, quick and efficient. He didn't show me any signs that were contrary to being a trustworthy person. He did his job very well and didn't mess up anything.

Feedback They were very professional and did a good job. The only problem now is that my fridge has now started freezing everything, I'm not quite sure what the problem is.
