He’s a professional, a perfectionist and an incredibly hard worker. His team also worked efficiently and were incredibly tidy, no mess was left after the job was completed. Feedback  Here is my story: I had a tiler for about 10 years when he mysteriously disappeared, so i was looking for a new tiler. I phoned a guy that was recommended by my neighbor but he never showed up. I then phoned a company that wanted to come out for a quote but never showed up and only after 2 days mailed me to let me know that 'oops, we missed the appointment'. I then phoned another guy that was recommended by a friend, who came out for the quote but never showed up for the job. We phoned another guy but he wanted a deposit that i wasn't comfortable with. I then got hold of John, he showed up on time for the quotation and he noted down everything, and i mean everything (the amount of tiles i have, the amount of grout i need to buy, the amount of corner strips to buy etc). We agreed on a day and they showed up on time and they completed the job in 2 days. I was amazed on how great the kitchen looks, I can see that John and his team knows how to tile, they know their profession very well and im very satisfied with the delivery. I have 2 more jobs in the future and they will be my first contact.

Sometimes when he has a high workload, he might send in a suitable replacement or he'll reschedule. He will not leave you hanging that's for sure. He is very understanding when you address things that need correcting. I admire him for that. He is definitely someone you would love to work with.
