Feedback  Firstly - he subcontracted his role to a bunch of inexperienced labourers who messed up the job; so he had to break down the wall and then rebuild it again.. Secondly - he was absent during the day and did not supervise those labourers; these labourers were very uncouth and would use swear words and bad language throughout the day, disturbing us as well as the neighbours. Third - the quality of the cement used in between the bricks was of such poor quality, that it has started to crumble and the bricks are now falling off; friends and neighbours are all commenting on how the wall is not aligned accurately as well. It appears to slope. I am too scared to call him back, in case he messes up, again.

Description  He was suppose to do my kitchen cupboards and 2 bedroom cupboards but he never come. He kept on making promises that he'll come at a certain day but he never come. I'm still waiting for him as from the 12 February 2022

Feedback  He ran away with my money if I try to call him I can't get through. If I send him whatsapp messages he'll respond saying I quote " mam your material is being processed in the factory be patient". If I ask for refund he'll say mam my guys are nearly done with your material or mam I just finished doing installation for someone else so tomorrow I'll do your job.

Description  Arthur constructed a partition to create 2 rooms. It had an awkward ceiling which he did well.

Feedback  I didn't have to manage him. He was trustworthy and he quoted fairly. He could work on bringing drop sheets to prevent the mess on my floors. He cleaned up but we needed to deep clean afterwards.

Feedback  Arthur did cabinet making and the kitchen units in my house. He also did the extension of my kitchen and dining at my house. Arthur's work performance is good, and he does excellent work for us. The price that he charges were reasonable and he also supplied with the materials.
