Feedback  Installation for new double story house first floor aswell as second floor. He installed the framing aswell as the glass. This included the whole house including the windows aswell. My only complaint is that he didn't stick to the agreed price of quotation besides that I have no other problem. Overall it was an okay job according to how I see it.

Feedback  Installed a glass door/window for the living room. It includes the Framing aswell. The guy came and did what he had to do. The job was done within a day. All I would advise is better communication skills with people his working with to make things easier. Overall the work done was okay.

Description  I called Augustine again after a previous job he did at my place.

Feedback  The previous job was one window. I made a mistake of choosing him and didn't learn from it. That job wasn't bad but it wasn't the best. I called him again, this time for a much bigger job. Three doors and a window. This job was pathetic. The one door now sags and doesn't close nicely. Two of the three doors were installed dented. I brought this to his attention and he has refused to come and fix it. Added to that, his guy's made an absolute mess in my house, they rushed the job and the guy who does the plastering didn't even bother to plaster correctly. Every time it rains, water gets into my home.

Description  Removed old windows and replaced with aluminium windows.

Feedback  paid a 50% deposit on Thursday 18 March. By 23 March , he calls me to say he is stuck on freeway-no petrol-can I send him R200 for petrol. I eWallet R200. He still does not show up. Turns up after 12pm to start on windows. Next day calls to say can has broken down. Needs R1000. Do another eWallet. Do not see him until next day. Starts working. Pulls out windows. Slots aluminium windows which are placed skewed. Rocks up 2 days later with a plasterer at 2pm. Leaves the plastered here till 8pm. The turns up to fetch him. Uses my ladders and spade which is not even cleaned off plaster after use. Windows are not even plastered properly. I had to get some one else to complete the plastering. Not happy this service.

Description  He removed the windows we had and installed the new windows, and had someone plaster the walls.

Feedback  He didn't have some tools and kept asking us for stuff; a bucket and a shovel. He left while the other guy plastered the walls, the guy did a very bad job my partner had to demonstrate. It was untidy, I can't trust them to do the rest of the house. He only sent us the invoice on the 10th of March, a week after her finished the job. He isn't well organised and the work is not neat - he is reasonable that is why we chose him, but won't be using him again

He is someone who knows what he does, he does not need to be managed and I was happy that he did exactly what I had asked him to. He cleaned after his work and his price was average because I had to negotiate. I can recommend his services.

Feedback  I am very happy with the doors and the workmanship on the doors. I would only recommend a bit more effort be put into the final finishing around the doors. But overall very happy with the workmanship and would use his services again.

I have worked with many service providers including very big companies before but for me Augustine is the best of them all. He is highly professional and he does all his work thoroughly. I love the fact that he keeps his promises and he does the work exactly the way you agree upon. He is also a very time conscious person and does his work efficiently. He is very meticulous, works neatly and cleans up after himself too. Augustine's service is very good value for money.

He is very thorough and his finished work is always neat and strong. Augustine is also quite a reliable person. He is very time conscious and works within the agreed schedule. We never had any kind of hustles with him. His service were also quite very affordable. I won't hesitate to recommend him to other people.
