Cost  Too much for the shocking work that was done

Description  Build my maids room /tiling / electrical/ plumbing / ceiling and is master of none.

Feedback  He does not have a decided team, tiler could not tile correctly, the flat roofing that was done was not sealed or waterproofing down plumbing need to be redone, electrical work not done correctly, I could share images . I have contacted him to complete the snugs and been trying to get hold of him since July to date and no feedback or text, so I’m sharing and please don’t make the same Mistake .

Description  Built my Guest House.

Feedback  He built the guest house from scratch to finish and the end results are outstanding. He is also responsible for doing maintenance when the need arises. He proved to be reliable, hardworking and skilled.

Description  did several jobs at a stand alone house, including, plumbing, painting, and paving

Feedback  Austin is very good at what he does . He is very reliable and very punctual . He would even work after hours just to make sure all the jobs were finished on time
