Description  Bottles team replaced our master bedroom door, and 6 door handles, locks and strike plates.

Feedback  They didn't do a bad job, but also it wasn't a great job. Was also invoiced after the job, without a quote before hand, and was charged for things like paint for the door, and a wood drill. And 2 trips to my house. What I thought was a quick job turned out to be almost 2 days for 3 guys working. The door lock was fitted untidy. Overall they were okay I guess.

Description  Bontle turned our home into something from a magazine. We wanted to renovate and break down some walls in the living room area. We just completed the project and I’m happy with their services. They were extremely professional and would clean after themselves.

Feedback  The team didn’t need to be managed however, we had a lot of meetings. I felt like they were uncomfortable doing things without telling me. They felt the need to report every thing.

Description  Bontle presented us with beautiful designs for redesigning our living room. That's when we decided to use her services of redesigning our living room.

Feedback  The lack of professionalism, communication and time management leaves too much to be desired. The project deadline was extended three times and still was not completed on time. Often messages were sent to us to indicate that the "supervisor" will be on site to supervise contractors and that didn't happen. We as clients were left to supervise contractors and provide feedback on the progress of the contractors. Attention to detail is a serious problem with certain tasks having to be redone. It was a struggle to get an itemized quote when we received a lump sum of a quote. Some items were bought before confirming with us as clients. Inconsistent messages from various people in the company are the order of the day.

Feedback  Bontle installed some kitchen cabinets at my house. She has a team that helps her with the work, she manages the team well, and no time was wasted. She is hardworking, reliable, and delivers according to specifications. Her work is neat, and I recommend her to others.

Feedback  They came to do my kitchen and they did a wonderful job. The project was handled smoothly and efficiently. They installed tiles as well as cupboards. I was very impressed with the customer service and the quality of the installation. They worked very well, finished on time and I never had any issues with them. The pricing was good and negotiable.
