Description  He tiled our entire house except for one bedroom

Feedback  We found Brian Masondo - Planet Plumbers (0710458269) on Gumtree. The first job he did at our house was tiling. He tiled majority of our house except for one bedroom. The tiling was done fairly neat with an exception for poor grouting and poor judgment. We ran out of tiles and had the same size tiles but it was a different color. Instead of 1)waiting for us to purchase more tiles 2)put the different colour tiles where they can not be seen, he puts them in the middle of the kitchen. He even tiled a cracked tile. The kitchen tiling looks ugly even though it was newly done. He received full payment and said that he would sort out grouting of the tiles when he came back to do our bathroom. But he still did not complete it. I still referred him to my aunty (thinking he would keep to his work). But even then, he never use to communicate with her. He was never punctual. It was as if we were basically begging him to do the job. Eventually, when it was convenient for him. We neesed him to close a window. And to close a section of the house. He started the job. Up till now it is not complete. He did not plaster the section where he closed the window. The section that he built up is untidy, not straight and still standing with a broken window which he is suppose to be replacing as he quoted us for a new window but instead put the old window which was taken from the other room. He continuously asked for payment and my aunty, trusting that he would be back to complete the job. The building is now standing still. He started the bathroom at my house. It was done fairly neat but as a plumber he did not explain to use what tap our shower needed to work with the geyser. He completed everything. But we now have an overflow in our geyser. So whenever the shower is used, water gets wasted. He broke the outside of our house for the plumbing - and did not cement it. When I contacted him to tell him that he needed to complete everything that he started. He was not interested as he was already paid for the job. He now ignores all our messages and the job is still not complete.

Feedback  He is very good. I did not have any problems with him. He knows what he is doing, does it very neatly. He is very reliable and trustworthy. He was always on time and he delivered on his promises. I highly recommend him.
