Feedback  I used Brighton to do several projects for me. We subcontracted him to install tiles and paint houses for our clients. He is timeous, professional, and worked well with his team. I could leave him working alone on-site and found everything in place. He installed all kinds of tiles, be it wooden, ceramic, and laminating flooring. His work is of high quality, there were no complaints, and he cleaned up after himself. I can recommend him to others.

Description  Retiled a shower wall and floor

Feedback  The job was badly done. Large parts of the wall tiles were not grouted properly and the water runs away from the drain. He came back to fix it but simply laid new tiles on top of the old ones and now the shower floor still runs away from the drain and there is no lip left. He also said he’d pay for the repair job but never did. He refuses to talk with us now on how to resolve.
