Description  Brighton was contracted to renovate 2 bathrooms of which he didn't complete the contract/renovations because he wasn't delivering on his promise or standard service delivery.

Feedback  Brighton is a fraud, opportunist and chance taker. He doesn't really know what he's doing. He charges competitive prices to look attractive amongst other competitors but ultimately doesn't know the basics of business or service delivery. I contracted him to renovate 2 bathrooms in my home which included removing the old bathrooms completely. Firstly, he said it would take him a week to complete the job but on day 4 he wasn't even halfway done. I only saw him twice in the 4 days because he was never around. He sent in random strangers everyday into my home to work. I guess he sub-contracted them, but this was something he never told me about. The guys that were brought in to work only removed the old bathroom fittings including the old tiling. By day 4, they hadn't even completed putting up new tiles so that the new fittings could be put up. I survived 4 days without a toilet in the house because I was waiting for him to put up the new toilets. I eventually asked him not to even bother coming back on the 5th day because I realized I was being taken for a fool. When he was quoting me, he gave me a list of items to buy for the whole project. However, he continuously asked me to buy additional things everyday of which those things were never even used. Either he doesn't know how to do measurements or he doesn't know how to do fittings and doesn't know the requirements thereof. I ultimately got in someone else to complete the job, and that person finished everything in 3 days. He than didn't even pay these guys that he brought because they now are asking me to pay them. I told them that my contract was with Brighton and not them. I'm not even sure why he would give his sub-contractors my contact details. I would never recommend this Brighton guy to anyone. He will stress you and waste your time and money!

Feedback  Brighton is a qualified plumber. I renovated my house and Brighton did all the plumbing installations which include geyser installations, sewage pipes, underground piping, and other plumbing work. He is good at what he does and he is my go-to guy for all the plumbing work at my house and my company. He is an excellent worker who is honest and pleasant to work with. I have never had any problems with the work that he has done for me. I can leave Brighton in someone's house comfortably. I can recommend his services.

Feedback  Brighton installed a bathroom in my bedroom which includes the installation of new pipes, showers, tub, toilet, and basin. He also did the tiling and executed the job well. He also installed another bathroom at my house. He was quick, efficient, and delivered within the agreed time. He is good at what he does and goes the extra mile to get the job done. I left him in my house, and nothing went missing. I can recommend his services.

He has installed a full bathroom system, traced a leakage inside the wall and repaired it, installed a kitchen system, and did other plumbing work at my house. He is my go-to guy for all the plumbing work at my house. His work is neat and clean. He is hardworking, reliable, and good at what he does. I can recommend his services.
