Description  He did tiling for me.

Feedback  I can highly recommend Mabena to other people because the work he did was me was quite impressive. The tiling was professionally done, it was very neat and strong. His general work ethics were very good so we never had any issues. He listened to what i wanted and did exactly that. He was very efficient and very punctual. He also worked very neatly. I also found his price to be reasonable so i was happy with the whole service. I can recommend his work to other people.

Renovator

Cost  The costs kept increasing due to miscalculations. I was quoted R26100; however the actual costs are around R33000 and climbing since the job was not completed.

Description  He was supposed to build a baby nursery which he did not complete.

Feedback  He deliberately misrepresented the quotation to secure the job. The costs have been climbing due to not quoting for all the material to be used. Also they continued to waste material e.g leaving bags of cement in the rain, leaving screws and nails to lay about carelessly, etc, then having to re-buy the very same. Also buying material that was not needed and buying too much which is now left to waste. The workmanship is shoddy and of very poor quality. The bricks and tiles are crooked and skew and the plastering is uneven. He abandoned the project and I now have to spend more money to get the job done.

Description  He built my whole house for me.

Feedback  Mr Mabena did an excellent job building my house for me. He is a very professional guy with good experience and i was happy with the completed project. I liked that he did everything for .me from building, painting and roofing for me. For the work that he wasn't competent enough he looked for other contractors to help him but i only had to with him only. He was quite reliable and efficient. He worked well within the schedule and whenever all the material was available, he worked very quickly. His prices were good and negotiable. I never had any hustles with him and i can recommend him to other people.

Description  He did building, plastering and tiling for me.

Feedback  I always trust Bukhosi with my work because he does a very good job. He does not take any short cuts with the work, he does everything thoroughly and he makes sure that its quite satisfactory. He is very reliable and trustworthy. I have never had any problems with punctuality, he comes on time and he finishes his work on time as well. He charges very reasonable prices for his work. He is a good worker and i would recommend his service to anyone.
