She came on time and executed her duties promptly, she fixed the door and it's now working accordingly, her turnaround time was quick and l can surely use her again in the future. Description  She came to fix/modify my kitchen door for my intergrated dishwasher.

Feedback  I got quoted an insane amount of money by Caroline and her guys and she couldn't explain how she got to R1600 for modifying a door for my intergrated dishwasher. Initially I was told they would need to buy the broken attachments hence the price but how do you charge that much money for an attachment that you are not sure how much it's going to cost? I later said to her, they must rather try modify the door instead in a way that it will work. She told me they will go to the place that sells carpentry stuff to see if they will be able to get the attachment first if not they will modify the door. The next morning I asked her if they found the attachment since she said they were going to go look for it and will come do the job the next day in the morning, she said yes they found the attachment only to find out when they got here they didn't buy anything. The only thing I saw was a new allen key set and screws. I told her to give me a break down of how much their labor is and the things they bought so I can see how is the R1600 she charged me justifiable. She couldn't tell me or explain why she qouted me that much. She kept saying that's how they charge. They charge for everything meaning what? which didn't make sense to me. Charge for the job you did and not the extras that you yourself can't explain what they're for. So if you are going to be using her services she must be upfront about payments and how much she is going to charge for the actual job and be clear about what her labor charge is before coming.

Feedback  Caroline and her team came to do some work for us fixing a broken door. They did the work as expected , even though it took a couple of days to get the work started we however got there. Their work is ok and l believe that with some changes on some things their service will improve.
