Description  I got Casper out to quote me on a COC for an electrical fence. He made me pay him upfront as he said he needed to register and pay the COC at the council, which was his first blatant lie. When I realized he is making excuse after excuse for not coming out and doing the work I paid for, I asked him to return the money. He then said he wont and I advised him that I will take the legal route to get a warrant for him to pay me, he then threatened that he would get Nigerians to rape my wife and daughter. What I figured out is that he doesn't even know the requirements for an electrical fence COC as another electrician ended up advising me the actual requirements of which Casper had no idea. He then made all sort of excused about the bank not being able to let him transact. The guy is a liar and a thief, stay far away from him.

Description  Rewiring

Feedback  I met Casper the time he was subcontracted by Ekhuruleni and l engaged him. He came to my place to see the job and he gave me a reasonable quotation. I hired him and he did the rewiring of my house and installed new plugs. The job was perfectly done and l haven't seen any problem as yet. I can vouch for him, he is competitive in the market.

I own some properties that l rent out in Germiston and l hired him for electrical work. He installed electricity on 21 units and a stand-alone house. He was thorough and diligent, his work does not have any comeback and he does a professional follow-up. He came through as a referral and l highly speak of him.
