Feedback  They did all my ten aluminium windows, one folding aluminium door, a sliding door and a normal back door. He has also built a double garage for me and a an office at the back of my property. They we're very professional and they did exactly what I required them to do. I was impressed with the service and I am actually going to hire him again for another job. His price was very good and I don't have any complaints. I highly recommend him.

Description  He did nothing. I hired him to replace 4 windows with Alluminium windows. I paid a deposit of R10500 and He promised to do the job in 10 days. This was on 12 Aug 2021. Nothing has happened since. Everytime I call He has another excuse.

Feedback  He did a small kitchen renovation for me. It involved tiling, building of a claywall and lighting. He came with his team and they came on time when I called for them and they did exactly what I required them to do they cleaned up after their work and I was happy with the service rendered as well as the price which was reasonble. I don't have any complaints and I can definitely recommend him to anyone who may need his services.

Description  Replaced my old metal window frames with aluminium window frames

Feedback  Point to note if you need aluminium windows - there are various grades of quality - which is not told to a customer. The contractors often use the lowest quality and pocket the difference as profit. Cassiem was very responsive & punctual when I required a quote and also stated his vast experience in the Industry. After accepting the quote, he requested a 70% deposit in order to start the job. And advised that it will take 7 days to manufacture the windows. I had waited 4 weeks for the windows to arrive. The window fitters did shoddy job in installing the windows and did not clean adequately when complete. The quality of how the windows were screwed together was substandard. There was also a lack of communication as to the extent of the mess that would be made. After installation, the windows were not sealed for more than a week due to various excuses provided by Cassiem. I had then contacted Kandua to assist and they had provided their Pros to assist with the closing of the windows. What Cassiem told me would take half a day to plaster, in fact took the Kandua Pros 2 days! The only positive, was that my windows had actually arrived.
