Feedback  After doing some renovations at my house I needed someone to do some cleaning service for me then I hired Cecil to do it for me. I was happy and satisfied with the job that he did for me. He did a very good job and he does his work well. His pricing was affordable and it was worth the job that he did. Another company that he also does some office cleaning for referred him and upon engaging him he was quick to respond and came on time. He came along with his colleagues for assistance and worked well collectively as a team. After completion of their work, they cleaned up the place and everything was neatly done. The experience that I had with them was good therefore I would recommend them to others because they do their job exceptionally well.

Description  He cleaned water damaged carpets and other carpeted areas throughout my home

Feedback  The cleaning company Meticoloso Cleaning Services, headed by Cecil Mashawana Jnr, agreed to clean my carpets in my home for a discounted price which we mutually negotiated. They came and cleaned the carpets on Tuesday 21 February 2023. In the days and weeks that followed after the carpet cleaning session I drew attention via several WhatsApp and email interactions, to soap stains which began to appear as the carpets were drying. I even sent captioned pictures to Cecil. Cecil went from brushing me off and making me wait two weeks for the stains to be rectified (because he was busy) to being dismissive, and finally to ghosting and blocking me, citing that my not paying full price was the reason I should expect not to get Gucci service, having paid PEP bag prices, in his own words. R1800 later I now have soap stains all over my house because his machine was leaking all over the carpets. I would strongly not recommend this company by the furthest stretch of any imagination.

Feedback  Cecil cleaned some couches as well as the carpet for me and I was very happy with the service that he rendered to me. His pricing was affordable and I was satisfied with what I paid him. I found his job advertisement online and upon engaging him, he was punctual and came on time. My experience with him was good therefore I would recommend him to others.
