Feedback  You'll never get a bet rate in SA for quality work compared to Cedric. I could also leave him and his team alone in my house when I went out. Cedric is a builder, plumber, and tiler. I can't recommend him enough. I'm hoping ABSA will refinance my bond and then Cedric will build on a flatlet for me. He also smells really clean! 🙂
