Description  He installed a windows frame and burglar guards

Feedback  Clemence had installed burglar guards for me and after 8 months it started rusting .I called Clemence knowing that this was still under warranty .He refused to fix it or even take my calls after that .I had had no choice but to go the legal route now and this is going to cost me more money .I took my recommendations from this site .I would not recommend this supplier to anyone

Feedback  The work he did was sub standard after 8 months the burglar guards started to rust .I called Clemence to have it repaired he refused to do this and blamed everything on the painters he does not take calls .I think to have him on this site gives the wrong impression of what good suppliers are . I had no choice but to resort to legal action .I took recommendations from this site

Feedback  He installed sliding gates for me but after 8 months they started to rust .I called Clemence he refused to repair it eventhough it was still under warranty .He stopped taking my calls .I had no choice but to go the legal route which is now costing me more .I took my recommendations from this site. I would not recommend him to anyone

Feedback  From picking up the call up to finishing the job everything was done professionally. He was very reliable and committed. He went the extra mile of putting a lock for my back sliding door which was not part of the quotation and for me, this was extremely impressive. I have recommended my colleagues to engage him and not one has brought back a complaint. He thrives to satisfy at all times and we have never had any comebacks.
