Description  Chris and Buyi threw a slab for a patio extension, bricked the sides of the slab, and retiled the surface with sandstone tiles.

Feedback  Chris, Buyi and their team are some of the best builders I've worked with. Very professional and friendly, and know exactly what they are doing. They come with a lot of experience, and I thoroughly enjoyed working with them, and would recommend them without hesitation.

Description  Construction & Facilities maintanance

Feedback  It was my first time working with Buyie & Chris. I had a good experience with them such that l am looking forward to using them in the near future. They re-constructed my garage to an office and surely its an amazing place. Chris as the project manager updated me now and then with the proceedings. He even came to check whether l was still happy with the office two weeks after they completed the project. These guys went an extra mile to make sure that the work was done beyond my expectations.

Description  Renovations in our apartments.

Feedback  We have been using the services of CNOBX construction as from last year -2016. We have given them almost 30 jobs because they are very reliable, trustworthy and affordable. They are always on time and they are open to negotiations. The most expensive job that we assigned to CNOBX costed us R 85 000.00. We gave them a deposit of R 42 000.00 and they resumed work they did not give us any problems like other service providers. They know their job very well.

Cost  We use our company rates.

Description  Maintenance repairs: interior wall painting interior, renovations.

Feedback  As a start-up company, l have given them medium sized work. They have completed all the projects successfully though they need to improve on tidiness. We are owning almost 19 buildings around Gauteng province and CNOBX Construction is one of the companies that we use and they have done a good job so far. I am giving them four stars because they still have got a lot of room for improvement and growth.

Feedback  From the past 3 years of working with Buyie, l am highly satisfied with her services. She is very professional and adheres to instructions. She has a team that she works with and they are all professional and hard working.

Description  School renovation in Pietermaritzburg: building of toilets, roofing, painting, tiling, flooring, electrical work, plastering etc. We also worked together in the construction of hospital car park and car wash in Vaal park.

Feedback  They are very professional people especially their project manager Chris. He was hands on from the beginning till the end of the two projects. I enjoyed working with them and l am looking forward to working with them should L get other projects in the near future. Their prices are so affordable and they do understand the expectations of the clients very well. From the projects l did with them l did not get any complains from clients, they were all happy because their expectations were exceeded.
