Description  He has come three times to fix the refrigerator and after every two days no improvements. Came to take it to the service center for major rehabilitation. Now four days doesn't pick the phones for feedback. Things bought are rotten and I don't know why he doesn't pick up phones.

Description  He put in a new fridge motor (R3700) then got on the spot the second job of refilling the deep freezer with gas(R500)

Feedback  He initially said the deep freezer has a leak and couldn't be filled with gas before fixing the leaks. We told him to leave it as there wasn't enough cash, however he then said that he misdiagnosed it. It was fine just needed gas which we agreed that he fill. After he had left the fridge stopped working . W called him back and he'll broke lose when he was told that he was called for our refund. We quarelled all morning until we involve the police because he said he used his petrol to come back thinking we were offering a new job. he totally refused to pay back the money till the police convince him. He only agreed to pay R400. To this day we still haven't received our invoice for the initial job which we had no problem with.
