Feedback  That man has been with us for about 12 years now and I can boldly say he is very good at these IT things. He is very efficient, punctual and he has never dropped me, I have no complaints with him otherwise I would be lying. He has assisted me a number of times and he is very fast. I was once hacked, I had severe viruses and he was always there to sort those issues out for us in an hour tops and he responds very quickly.
