Description  He painted the house, did ceiling, putting tiles in the bathroom, skating in the patio room and he did put a wooden floor as well.

The only slight negative was that I needed to point out a few areas where his workmanship could be improved - however whenever I did this Sean was very happy and proactive in fixing the issues immediately.

Description  Shaun built 3 garages, from foundation to roofing.

Feedback  Shaun did an impressive job for me. I initially thought the job was going to take 10 to 12 weeks but it only took Shaun and his team 6 weeks, so he works very quick and efficient but also not compromising the quality of his work. I was very happy with the quality of work produced because at every stage of the project I called in my engineer and on all occasions he gave Shaun and his team the go ahead to continue. He was very affordable and understanding, he even worked on sundays so that the project gets done. He communicates and advises well, I did not have large piles of materials being left over. I highly recommend him.

Description  Shaun did some office renovations, breaking and extending walls and making good.

Description  He did a building extension at my mother's house.

Feedback  Shaun was great. He came to site on time and left the place clean and tidy after work. I was not staying at the residence that the work was being done but I never had any issues with him so I found him to be very reliable. He did great work and his prices were affordable. I would recommend him, he actually got a job from my neighbor while he was still working on our house.
