Description  Call out fee, fixed a toilet seat (replaced nut washers) and bathroom tap repair.

Feedback  The job in December was completed satisfactorily. He was on time and completed the work in 15/20 minutes. Unfortunately the new toilet seat had the same issue 6 weeks later. When I called to discuss the matter the gentleman would not take responsibility for the fact that the new seat was loose again. Whilst I am open to the fact that he is not the cause of the issue, a contractor who is not willing to investigate and ensure the integrity of his own work after only 6 weeks has resulted in us as a company not wanting to use his skills again.
