Feedback  He's very neat and very trustworthy; I've left him at home and never have to monitor him. Standard is 100%, even 110%. I have never had a problem beginning to end and would refer him to anyone and i have done to a lot of people before, he's done some work for my daughter. He is a quiet person, he is not forward, he just does what he is supposed to do. He will only come and sit down when you ask him to come have something to eat. He would always clean up after himself and scrape till everything was clean. He even advised us what materials to get in order to have the best quality. He is a guy I'd trust with my life.

Description  He painted the entire house outside, and he repaired, plastered and filled cracks. He also worked on the roof, doing waterproofing and painting the gutters.

Feedback  The quality of his job was suburb. Painting is a messy job, but ironically David is a neat and clean painter: the way they tidied about was striking to me. Before the job, I did get other quotes, one guy honestly said he didn't believe David's quote! I'm actually about to call him in for another job shortly.

Description  I've got several properties, and David's done a lot of work for me over the years.

Feedback  He's not a bad oke - in fact he used to be a very good painter, but I've found his prices too expensive of late. He always makes his transport my problem, and while he works well on his own, he struggles to manage his team. Also, he has mood swings at times. One positive is that nothing has ever gone missing because of him. All this being said, he would still be welcome to quote me again for future jobs .
