Description  Was suppose to setup my paradox IP150 module but did not know how to do it. Ended up only replacing batteries for my sensors and breaking one of the covers

Feedback  He was suppose to come on the Friday afternoon but only arrived on Saturday. I specifically explained to him that I needed my paradox IP150 module setup. He didn't even have a laptop with him. These modules need to be setup using software called "ParadoxIPlocate" and "Babyware" which he knew nothing about. He broke my kitchen door sensor when removing the cover. He ripped the garage door sensor off and then I had to supply double sided tape for him to stick it back. After they left I noticed that the garage door sensor they stuck back was not working, only to realize that he stuck it back on upside down. So all he basically did was replace the batteries in my sensors and break stuff and still charged me R800.
