Feedback  Ronny has damaged my fridge completely he came back to install a sensor after 3 weeks he couldn't put the back cover properly and was banging to force the cover back, in the process he damaged the line and gas has leaked out and now the fridge is not working I called ronny back and now he accuses me of sabotaging my own fridge and refuses to fix the damages he caused.

Feedback  Ronny charged me for sensor that he did not put in, he then delayed for almost 3 weeks to come and finally put in the sensor. after replacing the sensor the freezer doors dont open and close properly as the back plate is not fitting in place properly.. He may have damaged the back plate.

Description  Was not too happy with the service from Ronnie... My fridge had an issue with one of the sensors, Ronnie charged me hes call out fee of R2750,... He was hardly 5 minutes at my place... He didn't test anything at all... Just said I need to replace all the fridge sensors and the compressor and will cost R2800...how can u say to change everything without doin a single test..... Called someone else the next day... Guy had a look... Tested all the sensors... Found the faulty sensor and fixed the 1 faulty sensor... Definitely will never b using Ronnie again...
