I had planned on giving the various jobs to different people because we were short for time but I ended up giving all of them to him because of his work ethic. His team was also very neat in their work and worked as fast as they could with only a few small delays. I was especially impressed with the kitchen cupboards and tiling. They did it exactly as I asked, no mistake. Excellent work. I'd hire them again any day.

Feedback  I was never happy and satisfied with the way he constructed my roof. As a specialist, he should have known better to test with a horse pipe or something. We both could have known that there were leaks and get it fixed on time. I had to experience those leaks when the rain came. I have tried to get two different people to fix his mess but they couldn't. The damage to the roof is beyond fixing. I never want to hear about him or his services again.

Feedback  Great work from Deren and his team, they did paving work for me. The work they did was good, they came to work on time, basically l can say everything was top notch except for the fact that he was asking for his payment as soon as he finished the job and l had explained that our payments are only done once every two weeks. He became annoying on that issues but eventually we sorted that out.

Feedback  Deren work leaves a lot to be desired. They eventually managed to finish the work but at the expense of my time construed. He was never around to actually supervise his guys who were both unprofessional and unskilled, hence the delays. I would call him 3 to 4 times just for him to get off his busy schedule with other jobs, just to force him to finish.
