Description  A gabion wall and wall cladding

Feedback  I was asked to make immediate interbank payments, which I did. Beware of and avoid making full payment until you are completely satisfied.. It is proving impossible to get Jono and team back to attend to snags. Two pieces of work were done including a Gabion Wall and a stone cladded wall: On the stone cladding wall I am not happy with the final product: - the cement work is untidy and crumbling, - cement was not cleaned off the stone work post completion of the job; and - the team left significant cement stains on my driveway. In spite of repeated requests to attend to this, nothing has been done and I was advised by Jono that he does not have funds to address these snags. This is inspire of me reducing the scope of work but not reducing the quoted amount paid as I wanted to give an emerging small business a chance. On the gabion wall, the overall gabion work was done well. The team, however, left paint marks on my driveway and neighbours wall. I felt like the team left on-site needed supervision. Based on the pressure to settle the final payment immediately and the poor after sales service I would be cautious too use..
