Description  He claimed to have replaced my TV board two weeks ago (10th or 11th Dec 20), I paid him R1600 for his services and he even gave me 3months guarantee. I was happy but on the 22 Dec it stopped working. I then contacted him about it, he then asked me to send him a video of the TV as well as the Model, after doing so, he promised to come check it the next day but he didn't and on top of that, never bothered to communicate with me reasons for not showing up. I called him late in the afternoon to ask why he did not show up, he then told me that he was sorry, but will come the next morning between 8 - 9am, when I did not hear him around 11h00 am, I called him again and told me he was on his way to my house, around 13h00 he still hadn't arrived, I then texted him to ask him if he was coming to fix the TV or if he was going to keep on making me empty promises? He then responded by telling me that he is still finishing off. I would like to retract the review I wrote about him on 11tt December 20 as I feel robbed of my money.

Description  James fixed my tv which was not showing picture in April. Before the end of May the tv was already having the same problem. I had paid R1000 for the repairs and he said I should contact him if the problem persists, which I did. A month later after the problem started again I am still sitting with a broken TV and everytime I contact him he keeps promising the next day but never come, he is very unreliable.

I phoned him the next day and he said we would then have it that day, that also didnt happen and he then promised to deliver it two days later than the orignal date at 9 pm, he failed to deliver his promise as well as inform us he will not be fulfilling his promise.. I then phoned him again and he said he was in a meeting from 9 - 2pm which i doubt and then he said he will deliver by 3 pm today with a callout fee of R 400 ? after this pathetic service and after reading these reviews, no thanks.

I had to call him everyday to ask about the progress of my tv . He ddnt make an effort to inform me whatsoever . Yesterday (22 January 2019) that’s when he calls and tell me I need to pay an extra R400 and my tv is ok . What kind of a person does that. He didn’t not even inform me in the process as to what’s going on. Now that it suits him and he’s done, he wants an extra R400 we ddnt not even talk about it
