Description  David Muir, also known as DJ, husband of Karryn Muir, quoted me for building and installing some cupboards. He was paid R 5900 via eft. To this date he has not delivered or come around to install the cupboards. Despite being requested to return my R 5900 several times he has not done so. I have had no choice but to open a fraud case against him at the Bothasig SAPS, case number CAS 125/11/2022. David Muir has lied about having ordered the cupboards and about returning the money. Description  Apply window insulation on all windows for the lounge and bedrooms, replace geyser pressure regulator, and put up artwork.

Feedback  Please be aware that David is a fraudulent contractor. He uses Kandua to get jobs and leaves with your money once he has your deposit. He took my 50% deposit and ran off without ever doing any work at all. The address he puts online for his business is fake/inaccurate and his business seems to be unregistered (possibly a sole proprietor). I've been trying over and over for months to get my money back but he lies and/or ignores me constantly, pushing me to having to resort to legal action now. Save yourself the nightmare and avoid David at all costs.
