Description  He build a new pool for us. But unfortunately left us with a bitter experience due to poor workmanship and unreliability.

Feedback  There is no way we can in good conscience recommend such a fraud. He not only cut corners but used inferior material. He claimed his work carries 3 year warranty which is a lie. I have been pursuing him for over a month since beginning of September 2021 to come fix his mess and to date he has been ducking and diving to the point of ignoring my calls. Hardly a month after building a brand new pool the paving cement is coming off whenever it rains which means he used less cement and more sand. The marbelite is also now becoming pale from being sky blue to white. The pool light is not working. The DB box was not properly installed. In fact when it was opened it became clear he used an old transformer inside the DB box.

Feedback  Eddie built my pool, he built it from scratch and he did an excellent job, 100% perfect. His prices were good especially because I was able to negotiate a price that we were both happy with. I would leave him alone in my yard and I have cameras, so I would check the footage in the evenings and I had no complaints. They are trustworthy and hardworking, Eddie works with his team and supervises them, he was there all the time. They were punctual for work and they cleaned up, they even took care of the rubble. I have referred him to my friends, I'm sure he has probably started on the two jobs that I have referred him to.

Feedback  I have been using Eddie's service since 2018 when I moved to my new house that has a pool and I knew nothing about pools. He was able to pick up on problems that no one else could and he ended up saving me thousands of Rands. Eddie is not cheap, I that he is on par with what other guys charge, but he is worth it for the knowledge that he imparts. I have found him to be very reliable, he will go out of his way to assist you and he is trustworthy, I have left him alone in my home many times and the job always gets done. He has worked for my sister also, he is just brilliant. You can not go wrong with Eddie when it comes to pools.

His prices were normal and he has an advantage of being able to get material cheaply from a specialist supplier. He was always punctual for work and he is a neat worker. He is very professional and he does a 100% good job.
