Feedback  On first visit for inspection, I briefed said it needed to be signed off by the directors of the estate and would take a month or 2 for this. He was persistent - sometimes everyday sending msg to enquire. At first I appreciated the hustle but it got to much but when the time came - We had made, arrangements for him to do the trees at our estate. Dates were set and fees had been agreed upon. On the day he was supposed to come he didn’t pitch. I then reached out and he wasn’t happy with the payment terms Mzizi eager to get the project going I bent to his demands and we re-agreed. This was presented to the board and they were happy with it. On the day he didn’t arrive, I reached out and nothing no response. No answer nothing just disappeared.

After many Messages on Whats App, Phone Calls, and after many a futile promise they have still not completed the contract. They have promised to come to my residence at least 4 agreed times and simply ignored the agreed time. Edwin wont take my calls and quite frankly am extremely disappointed because I really had a belief in them. I am on the verge of taking them to court. Do noy pay for the work until it has been completed to your satisfaction.

I was also asked if I wanted firewood which they left a nice pile of logs that will be great for winter. They did a very good job in the time they had. I will definitely recommend them.

Description  I promptly received a favourable quote from Edwin to remove 7 trees in my Garden, of which one was a 25metre+ tall massive Palm tree, in very close proximity to my house, which his team executed in clinical precision. Safely!!! All of the other trees where on the boundary walls, which he successfully removed WITHOUT ANY damage to the precast walls, and NO damage to the electric fencing. Everything he promised in his quote, HE DELIVERED! And then some!!! Even with my apprehension, due to all the trees close proximity and size along the boundary walls.
