Description  He came to give me a quotation to repair my ice machine, he said it will cost R3800 but he need to take it to the work shop, then at same day when he toke the machine he phoned and said the cost will go up now it will cost R6000, we gave home the go a head then the next day he phoned and said the cost now is R8000. He had the machine for the last 10 days and each time we contact him he promise to bring it, when I asked him to give me his work shop address he refused and the I saw an address on his e mail claiming that he work from that address, when I went there there was nothing, now he dos not even answer our calls and he still basically holding my property in his position.
