Feedback  He came on time, he did everything in a reasonable amount of time and the service was great

Description  He built 3 boundary walls,built patio, our paving and painting.

Feedback  Elias was referred by our neighbors to us who have used him for a lot more jobs. Initially he was to build boundary walls for us but we called him back for more various other jobs. He has been a loyal service provider for another friend for about 5 years. I think he needs to get some sort of training on supervising his assistant and he needs to work on his cleanliness cause you must nag him to clean up. But in the end his work is good.

Description  He building a boundary wall and installed a gate, added about 4 windows with glass panels. He did my paving in the back and front of the house, put tiles upstairs.Plastered my house and painted the whole house which is about 400sq inside and outside.

Feedback  I had received several quotes from other contractors and they quoted me about R600k for the job to be completed in 6 months.He completed in less than 3 months for less than the other quotes. Surpring enough he did most of the job by himself and his co workers would just assist with holding things for him. For a person does not have a car he is always punctual and I found myself always telling to leave in the afternoon. Nothing went missing in the time that he was working and he had the keys to the house and I was impressed about how clean he was case when we got back home the house would be cleaned and the dishes washed that my kids and i left in the morning. He rated me too less,i think he under sells himself but I ended up giving him more than what he had quoted me.He is too talented, honest and reliable.

Description  built the boys bathroom,removed the old bath tub,tiles and fitted new shower ,painted and tiled the entire room.

Feedback  He is humble,trustworthy and very reliable. I'm very happy with all the work that he did for me.The Job took about 4 weeks as he removed everything in my boys bathroom and re-installed everything and he cleaned up after this big bathroom.

Description  He did an extension on my property and also built 6 rooms in my back yard

Feedback  The projects took him about 2 months but it could have been less however delay was caused by me in terms of not having material. He was very professional, punctual and communicated well. In terms of what i had to pay he was very flexible to negotiate as this was my first building project but we both walked out happy. I am very pleased with his job and i would use him again.
