Description  Emmanuel came and done the two fridges the one works perfect the other one only two two days then I plugged the fridge out like he said and plugged it back the following morning it worked for two weeks and stopped now I am sitting with a fridge that is not working and he is not responding to my whatsapp he ignored it when I asked him to come have a look at the fridge as it is still under warranty he just reads and ignores.

Feedback  He must come fix my fridge I am not paying a cent more till he comes and checks out the fridges he flushed it then he regassed it but still not working then he wants to say it is the freeze sensor that is not working over the phone but does not make an effort to come and check what is the problem I am not happy with him at this stage he better come and have alook and fix it I never paid so much for a fridge that is still not working.

Description  Emmanuel came to diagnose the fridge and fix it.

Feedback  Emmanuel came and told us that the fridge needs new sensors to be replaced. He also told us that we can claim the costs back from our insurance. He promised to send us an invoice of the work done as well as the receipt of the sensors he purchased. I have since received the invoice for his work after begging and fighting with him. The first invoice sent was incorrect and he had to redo it. I have not received the receipt of the sensors from Samsung so we can keep our warranty on the fridge. We have also requested him to compile a report on the damage of the fridge so we can submit it to the insurance. He has still not sent the report. The work done on the fridge was also very poor. The fridge still doesn't work even though he has replaced the sensors. The top part is still very much warm and doesn't get cold. He kept saying give it some time but we had to throw away our food on multiple occasions. The fresh compartment of the fridge in the top now freezes but the rest of the top fridge is as warm as a stove. The sensors outside where it displays the temperature now doesn't work properly or sometimes doesn't display anything. I have asked Emmanuel on several occasions to come back and redo the work on the fridge. He first said he's having car problems so I gave him some grace time however he has since stopped responding to my texts messages and is also not taking up my calls. I have been very gracious with him throughout the process and thought that he would come around but clearly that is not happening. I am not impressed with the service received from him and would like to also log this as an official complaint.

Feedback  The labour price for 40 minutes work was ridiculous. The parts he got and used was way over priced. The oven has a problem after he fitted the new rubber seal - it keeps on opening during cooking. He was meant to come back on Monday but did not arrive - still has not arrived and its Wednesday. Will never use him again

Description  Kandua sent out one of their so called "Pros "as per the website they are vetted. On the 26th November 2021 upon request for their services a "Pro" as they like to refer theses scammers as arrived within an hour I was so impressed. Repairs literally took 15 mins and the quote verses what was charged on site was much more. I had no problem I just paid the amount which was over R1000.00. Emmanuel never issued a receipt with a breakdown on what was repaired and said this together with the 6 month guarantee certificate when asked for would be emailed. As per Kandua you will receive a 6 months guarantee confirmed by Nomsa who did the quote via email. On the 1st December via WhatsApp I communicated to her that I have yet to receive this guarantee certificate which she said would be sent by Dintle administration (3r party) to this day I've yet to receive this certificate, which was requested on three occasions. Within a month we called Emmanuel to come through and check why the Fridge stopped working and do the necessary repairs. He gave us the run around for two weeks and stopped taking our calls or replying to messages. During this time we were in constant contact with Kandua customer services who failed to assist us in any shape or form. All they did was apologize for his unprofessional behaviour and said that they would block his account until he does the repairs. They tried to contact him with no success. I decided to call from another number and he picked up immediately and asked why is he giving us the run around, he was so rude and abrupt to which he replied that they don't work in this area anymore. So I pressed him to who and when will this be resolved. He became so aggressive and landed in a screaming match because he refused to take responsibility for his bad workmanship and he hung up. When contacting Kandua they refuse to take responsibility and refuse to send out another electrician or refund me. They now want to refer to their terms and conditions which sits at the bottom of their page which is so tiny. On the quote their is terms and conditions but nothing outlining these terms.(All services are rendered “as is”. The transaction takes place between the customer and the service provider. Kandua is the agent, taking no responsibility for the service, and no refunds will be issued by Kandua) . Had I'd known this I would never have used them. A request to speak to the owner of this company Arjun Khoosal this was ignored by the customer service liason Retundo. All she can say is that they will try and contact Emmanuel. Had I looked at the reviews on their site and on hellopeter and seen how many people have been scammed and how they have structured their business to take no responsibility I would never have used them. During this experience with Kandua I not only lost just over an R1000.00 for repairs also all my food in my fridge and freezer went bad.

Description  My DSTV had been giving me hassles for a while, until it stopped working completely. Emmanuel diagnosed that the LnB was at fault, and replaced it.

Feedback  Emmanuel was very professional. He was really good on the whole, and I liked his service. One minor thing he could improve on, is tidying up more after the job.

Description  I am a contractor that is busy with a hospital project in Limpopo. Emmanuel is 80% done installing 53 CCTV cameras at the Hospital. It took him two weeks to get to this point. He has also fixed a sound system in my workshop: 8 ceiling speakers and 4 mics.

Feedback  There is always a limit to how much I trust someone, but I trust Emmanuel to be left alone nearly always. He is always responsive and does jobs to my satisfaction. He is still growing and has room to improve his service. He has a good level at present. I have given him 3 stars at present only because the job is not complete; I will revise to 4 stars if all is in order.

Description  Installed dstv (connections to existing dish) then later advised and executed the replacement and upgrade of my dish when I was having problems with the weather

Feedback  Highly professional job - he came when I wasn't in, replaced the dish, did all the cabling and then called to say it was done. I was running late and didn't catch him in time to pay him...he was gracious and suggested I pay the following Monday....I managed, however, to find him and pay him on time as he'd done such a good job. Really exceptional service...I wish he could also do my wifi, build my house etc.
