Feedback  He came to my house, took measurements, and gave me a reasonably priced quote. I called him to renovate the entire pool, and he came with his team on time. He is professional, skilled, and delivers quality work. He cleans up after himself, works well with his team and no time was wasted. I recommend him to others.

Description  Emmanuel did a pool for me around July 2021. He started from scratch , he finished digging and furnishing within 2 weeks. However he did not complete it as agreed with the quote. He did not provide the pump, filter and neither did he do electrical connection. As a result he left the pool dysfunctional even though I paid him all his money. I made several follow ups with him and he kept on promising to come but he didn't. I later find out that he buy staff back door from a guy by the name of Peter who works at a pool shop supplier. I pity for his employer as one day he will close down his shop because of him. I do not know the reason why he didn't gave Emmanuel what he bought from him. Emmanuel felt that he would not buy things straight from the shops as its expensive. This is so unfortunate for a customer to be abandoned because of dodgy deals.. He might have impressed other people but BE CAREFUL OF THIS GUY
