Feedback  My fridge just stopped working and I had to hire Emmanuel Pfocho to help me with it. He was very quick and neat with his job because he identified the problem and actioned accordingly. In no time, my fridge was working again and he kept me informed on every step he was taking. I am happy with his service and furthermore, he knows how to communicated well with customers. He asked me for a bottle of dish washing liquid for him to clean up and returned it to me when done.

Description  Repaired my washing machine.

Feedback  I am not happy with the overall service I received from Emmanuel because for staters, he did not communicate when he knew that he was not going to be able to arrive. Then on the day that he arrived, he did not communicate after he noticed the problem and the part that needed to be replaced. The old part that was there still worked and only wanted cleaning but he had already charged me R850 for the new one that he had put. I only realised that the machine was working the following day buy the outlet connection was not replaced correctly and was making a lot of noise. He promised to come back on Wednesday 10 February but up to now, he has not said a thing.
