Feedback  We had our house renovations done by Erasmus and we also gave him other jobs to do around the house. He is excellent at what he does and is hands-on. We were very happy with the outcome, he did what we asked him to do and we were also comfortable with the price he charged us. The entire team was very responsive, honest, courteous and easy to deal with. If I know anybody who needs their services I will highly recommend them.

Description  Sliding door, Renovations

Feedback  He came out to do some renovations on the front part of my house and to install a sliding door. He did a good job and the price was very reasonable. The quality of the installation was of a very high standard. The service was exceptional and I cannot fault him for anything. I would recommend him anytime to anyone.

Description  He replaced my ceilings, replaced tiles and painted my house

Feedback  Worst builder ever!!! Erasmus (Active Home Restorations) is based in the South of Johannesburg (Alberton) and he promised me the moon and stars at the tender stage. This was not delivered at all!! He was never on site, only came to site 3days in 6weeks. The lead time was 4weeks and he ran of site after 6weeks. He did not complete his duties and disappeared of site eventually. The quality of work was shocking!!! Ceilings not straight, poor tiling, unneat panting. The foreman was unskilled and had no plan to finish the project. Erasmus relationship with his team is poor as two people was chased away. I would not recommend him in a million year, please be careful.

Description  Woodwork, Kitchen Installation

Feedback  Erasmus has done quite a few jobs at my place for the past 2 years. He did my kitchen, braai area as well as woodwork around the house. I am very impressed with his workmanship and customer service. I have never had any issues with his work and I will continue to use him in the future. His rates are very reasonable. I would recommend him to other people.
