Description  He knocked out the tiles in adjacent toilet area with no difficulty. Came in to lay 37M2 area tiles. Included a shower area and border tile. He advised on size of tile and made the job a pleasant one with his positive demeanor and almost effortless motion towards achieving a result in the shortest possible time. Amazing first impression. Impecabke deameanor and hastle free responses. Professional indeed.
