Description  He only removed a little paving and exposed pipes for filtration. He did not complete the job as requested and has taken the deposit n not returned to complete the work. We can no longer get in touch with him

Feedback  Eugene promised the world but didn't complete the job. He us unreliable and dishonest and has no integrity. He has taken our money with a promise to refund the balance and has been unreachable since. He only visited the property once.
