He cleaned up nicely after he was done working and he didn't leave any mess in my yard. He was communicating well with me telling me what was the problem so that I will also know what was the problem. He first opened the main drain and also other 3 drainages in the yard to see where exactly is the problem. We negotiated the pricing which was within my budget. I was happy with his services.

Description  Fixed a simple water leak which required him to change the seal/ flusher. However, he still charged the standard 1 hour fee for a 30 minute job.

Feedback  I expect people to sensibly price things based on what they will be repairing. Instead, I was charged a standard fee for a minor problem. I was desperate today because I have tenants who needed this repaired ASAP so I couldn’t delay this. However, I’ll most certainly have other needs in future but will not reuse this business. I was actually looking for a trusted plumber/electrician/carpenter to use for my property needs for now and in the future but this experience was disappointing so I won’t be making contact with them again for future jobs. They’ve provided a 6 month warrantee for the repair though, which is good to have for the tenants.

Feedback  Noah basically removed all the wiring and re-wired the entire house again. The problem was the power wasn't coming through from the main road across the street to the house. We had to buy all the different things materials needed for the job and once that came through I left him and his team to work. Still, we couldn't test anything because city power took like four days to track where the problem was and eventually they picked up old wiring under the road pulled the cables and rejoined the cabling, and reconnect everything. I informed Noah that the city power replaced the cable and everything is working he needs to still come and do a final check when his available otherwise I was happy with him he did a good job.
